Commemorating their 10th year anniversary, MRSM is planning the largest event in Malaysia for the market research fraternity, attended by all the major market research agencies as well as some clients. More than 100 delegates are expected this year.
This year’s theme is on the evolution of research from hindsight to foresight, with many companies looking into the past data to predict the future behaviour of customers. Hence, the predictive analytics, forecasting, and foresight into what customers are likely to buy, watch, do in the future.
