Kantar Singapore welcomes new media head

Kantar Singapore has appointed of Andy Gallagher as its Head of Creative and Media Effectiveness.

Andy brings with him a rich background in media strategy, creative effectiveness, and analytics. Over the years, he has partnered with leading publishers and advertisers to evaluate campaign performance and refine touchpoint strategies to maximize return on investment. Most recently, Andy led the ad measurement business for Amazon Ads in Europe, where he served as the Go-To-Market (GTM) lead for measurement. In that role, he advised on both first- and third-party measurement solutions, delivering insights that demonstrated brand value to advertisers and agencies across the continent.

This appointment marks Andy’s second stint with Kantar, having previously contributed to the firm’s operations across both EU and US markets. With leadership experience across two major industry players—Kantar and Amazon—Andy is widely regarded as a trusted advisor in media measurement and creative impact. He is also a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker at major industry events.
