Jupiter MR Solutions – a leading provider of data collection and online research services across Southeast Asia – has appointed Manmard Chantalakhana (pictured) as Head of Qualitative Research, specialising in the customer journey.
Manmard has over 15 years’ experience in international market research, and in-depth knowledge in the areas of consumer fundamental needs understanding, new product and concept creation/development, ethnography, advertising development, and more. Her expertise spans sectors including FMCG, real estate, banking and finance, and retail.
Prior to this appointment, Manmard worked for various leading companies, including Infosearch, NFO Worldwide, Acorn, Synovate, and Ipsos. Manmard holds a BBA (Major in Finance) from Thammasat University and a master’s degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Manmard has extensive experience as a moderator, and is accredited by Unilever, so she is able to use advanced moderating techniques, including laddering and projective techniques, and analyse the responses and raw data to turn it into useful, actionable insights for clients. As Head of Qual, she will oversee the research process from start to finish, managing the team, servicing major client accounts, and supervising the successful completion of projects.
