Data intelligence firm Epsilon has appointed Paul Davies as Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific. Davies brings over 30 years of customer engagement and marketing experience to Epsilon.
As Senior Vice President, Davies will drive Epsilon’s growth in the APAC market. He will work closely with the talented individuals already part of the Epsilon team to focus on what really matters to clients – delivering personalised engagements, building connections and accelerating business performance.
Davies has extensive experience in the Asia region, and resided in the area for over 20 years, first in Hong Kong and then in Singapore. He started his career gaining client perspective at Rank Xerox. He then joined Ogilvy & Mather Direct (subsequently Ogilvy Worldwide) and helped establish a data-driven marketing consultancy business that became the fastest growing unit within the agency. Davies reached many milestones during his time at Ogilvy Worldwide until 2010, holding a number of senior executive roles in APAC, and most notably, growing OgilvyOne South East Asia from 50 to over 500 people across twelve offices in just four years. He moved on to become the Regional Managing Director and co-owner of franchised global consulting The Observatory International, working with clients such as BMW, Singapore Tourism Board, Adidas, Sun Life Financial and many more, to optimise their internal and external marketing resources – agencies, people, technology, processes, and budgets.
