
Bolt Insight, the creator of the AI-powered qualitative research platform BoltChatAI,has appointed Eric Dolan as Head of North America.
With over 15 years of senior leadership experience at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and most recently Kenvue, Eric brings a unique blend of commercial acumen, deep consumer understanding and practical AI expertise.
Eric will lead the North American business with a focus on expanding adoption of Bolt Insight’s transformative research solutions across the region.
Eric’s career spans roles across global consumer insights and business intelligence, where he has driven growth strategies for several billion-dollar, category-leading brands, led digital transformation efforts, and implemented cross-functional collaboration models between insights, R&D and commercial teams.
