EyeSee hires new Head of Growth

Behavioural research agency EyeSee has appointed Tom Goderis as Head of Growth. This marks the next stage of the company’s growth after 12 years of insights expertise.

Tom began his career in P&G’s R&D department, where he developed expertise in global consumer insights and a passion for innovation research. This led him into the market research industry, where he worked with Ipsos, Kantar, and Human8 as Research Director. Over the next 16 years, he advanced to Managing Partner and Chief Integration Officer and Global Head of ESG. 

“The insights industry is all about curiosity and pushing the boundaries, but the challenge is making sure those innovative ideas actually solve real client problems, rather than just adding flashy new features that don’t quite hit the mark,” said Tom in an interview. “Using technology smartly will free up our team to focus more on what they excel at: understanding the nuances of consumer behavior and turning that into actionable insights.”
