Kantar TNS appoints new Regional Head of Customer Strategies, APAC

News. Global insights consultancy Kantar TNS has hired Caterpillar’s former consumer insights exec Stephane Sanchez as Regional Head of Customer Strategies, Asia Pacific. Sanchez will take up the position in March, based out of the Singapore office.
Sanchez joins after nearly nine years at machinery manufacturer Caterpillar, latterly as Global Customer Experience & Design Project Manager, and earlier as Asia Pacific MR & Customer Insights Advocate / Program Manager. Before this, he was a customer satisfaction specialist at WHY Consulting, and he worked for management consultancy CRECI Management and energy business Alstom Grid.
In his new role, Sanchez will lead and develop the company’s customer strategies practice across Asia Pacific markets, directing a dedicated team of customer experience experts to help clients unlock the moments that develop customer relationships and deliver effective customer experience strategies.
