Market research agency MRSS India has hired Satyen Sharma in a bid to strengthen its consulting team.
Sharma joins after a professional career spanning more than 24 years. Early on, he spent seven years in various roles at ORG-MARG, Ormax, Nielsen (where he worked with MRSS MD Sarang Panchal), and NFO. He later served as General Manager of Indica Research. More recently, he was Director of Business Intelligence at company transformation consultancy Business Enhanced, Chief Digital Officer at customer experience platform Unpickle, General Manager of Tata Sons and 21st Century Fox joint venture Tata Sky, as well as General Manager of business tech firm Reliance Communications.
Commenting on the appointment, Sharma said, “Along with its large repertoire of research capabilities and the extensive use of technology, MRSS brings something very simple to the table – great business thinking – a strength that the MRSS team has so spectacularly showcased, by its own growth. I am very excited to be a part of the MRSS Team and hope to drive success in everything that we do.”
