Prudential Singapore has been recognized as one of the leading customer-centric organisations in the region after being awarded the 2017 Asia Pacific New Community of the Year by Vision Critical.
The Asia Pacific New Community of the Year Award, started in 2016, acknowledges companies that demonstrate the best use of customer intelligence to positively impact the business, within the first 12 months of launching a new online community platform.
In July 2016, the life insurer launched an online community, PRU for You, bringing close to 4,000 customers onto a single portal, where they can share ideas and provide direct feedback on Prudential’s products and services. In turn, the community offers Prudential greater insight into potential coverage gaps, allowing it to address customer concerns and needs in a shorter span of time.
