AI is transforming industries at an incredible pace, and the next generation of innovators are stepping up to shape the future. Our co-founders, Hakan and Ester, are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for young talent, helping them break barriers and drive change.
The AI Empowering Youth Bootcamp, led by AI expert Arta Statovci and supported by the German government and the Republic of Kosovo, goes beyond traditional training. It is a movement designed to equip young minds with the skills, confidence and networks to thrive in an AI-driven world.
Building the Next Generation of AI Leaders
As AI continues to advance, technical expertise alone is no longer sufficient to succeed. True success requires a fusion of innovation, entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on experience.
This program equips participants with the skills to turn AI knowledge into real-world solutions, preparing them to drive meaningful change in the industry.
At its core, this initiative is built on the belief that AI can open doors, creating pathways for those who might not otherwise have access.
About the AI-Bootcamp
This nationally recognised AI Empowering Youth Bootcamp has gained the support of GiZ and Kosovo’s Ministry of Labour, Transfer and Finance, along with leading AI experts from Silicon Valley, London and Singapore.
Participants went beyond learning AI concepts; they applied their knowledge to real-world projects.
Their success highlights AI’s potential as a force for global empowerment, helping young individuals create real impact in their communities while forging their own paths in the industry.
BoltChatAI’s Research Approach
To assess the market potential of AI projects emerging from the bootcamp, BoltChatAI conducted qualitative research across industries in the United States and United Kingdom, focusing on product-market fit (PMF), investor interest and key areas for market adoption.
Results and Impact
The results spoke for themselves. Every AI project captured the attention of consumers, clients and investors, with some offering six- to seven-figure investments. Encouraged by these insights, participants confidently launched their projects in beta, paving the way for both business expansion and meaningful social impact.
To showcase the real-world impact of these innovations, here are five standout projects from the AI Empowering Youth Bootcamp.
1. Abled AI: Meet Ally
Developed by Inclusive AI Specialist Endrit Morina, Abled AI is addressing a major global challenge: accessibility for 1.5 billion people with disabilities. As the first AI-powered platform dedicated to fostering inclusivity, its flagship product, Ally, is designed to create a more accessible world by breaking down communication barriers and promoting workplace inclusion.
Investment Interest and Market Demand
The response to Abled AI has been overwhelmingly positive. 80% of respondents expressed a willingness to invest in or pay for the platform’s solutions. Some even cited figures exceeding $100,000 recognising its potential to transform workplaces and open new employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
