In-the-moment vs. post the moment mobile … – SSI

Mobile research will be the way forward in Indonesia, fast and cost effective research in Indonesia, reaching a much wider range of consumers. Mobiles are about accessing information wherever and whenever consumers want it, and Market Research has no choice but to follow this development. We provide a framework for understanding mobile research, e.g. the difference between ‘standard surveys’ to newer techniques, how mobile is transforming research from recall to a 360° view into consumers’ lives with greater context, and in much closer proximity to the moment of truth. Being pre-warned about future developments in survey-taking is not just a “nice to know”, we need to be prepared now while we still have time!
