Borderless Access is led by Ruchika Gupta, an experienced entrepreneur and founder member of the company. Ruchika is a co-founder of Cross-Tab Group of companies which offers market intelligence and analytics services to companies globally. In 2008, she set up Borderless Access, an independent company under the Cross-Tab group that specializes in providing cutting edge technology tools and online & mobile panel services in emerging markets. She has led the company to 100% growth, year on year, since inception.
Ruchika has been awarded “Emerging Entrepreneur” of the year by CII for the year 2011-2012. She is also the recipient of the “STPI – High Performing Women IT Entrepreneurs” award for the year 2009-2010. Prior to 2000, Ruchika worked in global marketing and advertising companies like 3M, JWT and Euro RSCG. She holds a Masters in Managements Studies from BITS, Pilani, India.
